I love my bike Betty and have cycled from London to Paris on her without a puncture:) Started LEJOG (Land's End to John O'Groats) on the 11 June 2012 and got rained off - it's in the diary for 2013!!! Ran the Berlin half marathon in 2011 and 2012 - love doing it, gives me a great reason to go to a fantastic city and have a meal in Clarchens Ballhaus. I cycle five miles five days a week (some good climbs in there:) and run a couple of times a week - looking to get more active and run a PB in Berlin 2013.

Lynne W Fife AC's, Blacker than the Black Rock race. Two members of Staying Alive RC managed to stay alive after 2.7 miles of running over sand, through the Firth of Forth and round a big Black Rock in the pitch dark on a drizzly Scottish evening!!!!!
