Hi Maca, how sociable you are ! ;-) Thanks for the nice comment. CV is going slowly, fitness seems to develop slower than strength and muscles (or maybe that's just me?). You seem to have a real passion for health, fitness and sports, good luck with all your challenges and hope the sunshine helps your enjoyment! PS. many friends and colleagues do actually call me Big Dave, not reached "massive" quite yet........

Oh yeah, I can talk for England! I find the opposite happens to me, my cv increases quickly, my strength and especially muscle building happen at snails pace :0( I do love all things health and fitness, makes me wonder why sometimes, you know? Especially on shoulders day :/ I am not surprised at all about your nickname, but they should update it, you're definitely massive!
