Training is engraved. It's part of my life like sleeping or eating. I train 4 mornings each week in the gym from 6:30am to 8:30am doing a variety of weight training programmes which changed every four weeks. Got a bit fed up road running and have started off road running. Much more fun. Tough Mudder and Rat Race Midnight Run coming up. Possible mid-life crisis! I am also a Personal Trainer and work for the local health board facilitating weight management groups!!

An example of breakfast is 120g porridge (12 heaped tablespoons), 150g pot youghurt, 1 heaped tablespoon of dried fruit and either a protein shake or 6 boiled egg whites.
