Mark C How is everyone getting on. I am averaging around 20k steps per day but the leaders seem to be doing around 65k. Not sure where they are finding the time?
65K - I would like to now how they do that! Very impressed by your 20K per day. I am more around 15K... How is the rest of your team doing?

Mark C How is everyone getting on. After my initial 2 stone loss in weight I have really struggled to keep the momentum going. Running further, cycling but the snacks have snook back in! Lost 2lbs in the last 2 months so it is still moving slowly but really need to lose another stone.

I reached a bit of a plateau around 2.5 stone as well and I was advised to keep a food diary for the week .... it really kept me focused having to write everything down and knowing that someone would be 'judging' me on what I had eaten. I lost 6 lbs that week!!
