One of the best things about being fit and doing track & field, is there is always another event to train for. And just build on your success. With Winter ahead and building for some much needed endurance, I'm up to 60k's per week plus of course the gym and pilates once a week. Contributorsilver Meghann S Thanks for the follow - I'm also a asthma sufferer and felt running has really helped, especially the fast stuff as you really have to expel all the oxygen to breath in! One thing for sure life is always moving - so enjoy what ever stage your at.

Thanks for the follow back Meghann ! I'm glad running has helped you, I need to start up again. For the moment I'm using a stationary cycle to build my fitness up after my most recent chest infection. Keep up the great attitude ! ;-)
