Contributorbronze Michelle A tae bo this morning. zumba yesterday. i'm really trying to sculpt my body and keep it in shape. i also want to do a half marathon. so i better keep this body in shape. word to the wise, dont eat meals at night especially at night.

Contributorbronze Michelle A i still continue with my daily exercises. some days i am discouraged, because i had a exposed nerve and the tooth ached badly, so that morning i did not exercise. i love fitness, it makes me feel good, it helps with the depression and loneliness. i thank God i am still alive to live each day as it comes, it is not perfect but he is perfect.

Contributorbronze Michelle A I love dance, so i did some zumba this morning. it was fun, the music is nice and if at first you don't get it try again. Try not to make excuses to exercise, it increases blood flow, it makes you feel less stressed and increase self esteem. any form no matter what you choose, make sure your diet is right, that is eating the right amount of food for the activity you choose and also you age, because as we age, the body calls for a different amount of food. whatever the activity keep going.....love!
