Kim H still recovering from my horrible run on monday. i think i strained muscles in my inner thighs and my right calf muscle has been feeling tight. i think i'll be able to get back at it by the weekend though. i hate sitting still.

You will gain Confidence and when you do your first distant run, you will feel the Satisfaction and finally when you get addicted to TS and Running it will give you the Happiness of being Yourself.
