First crossfit at the SE11 gym. There's only one crossfit gym near here, it's easier to find. Rachel led the class this time, and the focus was more on technique lifting weight from the ground to overhead in squats. WOD was: 5 Burpees 20 m bear walk 5 more burpees 20 lunge walk Sounds simple enough. Is not simple after 4 rounds.
