First crossfit at the SE11 gym.
There's only one crossfit gym near here, it's easier to find.
Rachel led the class this time, and the focus was more on technique lifting weight from the ground to overhead in squats.

Sounds simple enough. Is not simple after 4 rounds.
Tough session today, and must be my earliest so far.
Mainly focused on deadlifts, burpees, and bench pressing.
I can bench 50kg at the mo, and for the WOD I was dead lifting the same amount on a circuit for 15 mins.
I've earned a decent brekkie after this.

5 x Deadlift snatches
10 x Hi hand snatches (pockets to hi hand)
5 x Overhead squats
