Sandra M Went to see the trainer last night, and although it was a great workout I didn't feel too bad this morning. Got up at 4am and hit the gym before work. But, Let me tell ya...I'm feeling it now. Guess that means it was a great workout between yesterday and today. Have a great day everyone.
I workout with a trainer a couple days a week and am trying to find my first 5K to run sometime this year. I'm not a very good runner and don't know how to breathe well, but I'm working on it.

Sandra M Haven't been here much but have finished my 7 days plank challenge and getting ready to start another one. Thank goodness the motivation is back. Hope everyone is having a great day.

Christopher O Just keep at it and it and the running will come. I could not run 1 k in Feb now my farthest is 18k. Logging it helps me stay motivated.
