I like to go for a walk every now and then, especially in the late spring, summer and early autumn (winter tend to be very chilly at times, takes some of the fun out of it when the amount of clothes slow you down). Trying to exercise at least 3-4 times a week; running and lifting.

Modified gladiator... and by side plank: 10 i off course mean 10on each side. As for det weird numbers on push ups and the modified push ups is simply because i started with regular push ups and the took them on my knee when the regular ones became to heavy (getting slow, where the totalwork-out were suppose to be high-speed).

Well, it's great exercise, working the whole body. I find myself gasping for air, heart beating every time, but it's not a stupid thing to have as a regular routine. I do feel quite good afterwards though, and my push-ups have become better! Can't complain :)

12/15 - One should think by now that it would get easier, but it really isn't. I'm still finding myself exhausted when finishing the last burpee. Allthough it's fair to mention that my push-ups are getting better. :)
