I like to go for a walk every now and then, especially in the late spring, summer and early autumn (winter tend to be very chilly at times, takes some of the fun out of it when the amount of clothes slow you down).
After moving after studies I had to quit my gym and decided not to join a new one, doing most work-outs at home with my own bodyweight. I find this quite effective too, and do not regret my choice although thinking about getting a kettlebell as this is the one type of training I find myself missing.
When starting working out at home I found myself struggling a bit with motivation, but being able to combine work-outs with challenges here at tribesports really helps, and I find myself pushing just a little more.
