I don't diet, I just eat well. As for exercise, my favorites are hiking, snowboarding, HIIT and Crossfit, weightlifting, Ultimate Frisbee and boxing. My goal is to accomplish every day something I never thought I could do.

Nadege C Since starting at my new gym with my personal training a bit over 3 months ago I've lost 8.1% body fat! My strength has increased significantly, my mood is unreal and I'm overall so much healthier! My body can keep up with my mind much more easily when this healthy!
