Contributorbronze Naledi W very slow, but getting there Recording my runs? 10th November 6 miles, 13th 3 miles, 20th 3 miles- total 12 miles
Total: 99.6. I'm not doing very well am I?. I spent time at the gym trying to develop some muscles on my legs, they hurt a lot when I was doing the half marathon. I want them to be ready for a spring marathon.

Naledi W End The Year On A High Challenge

Contributorbronze Naledi W Im entering my miles for October. I was side tracked cos I was training for a half marathon which I completed 2 Sundays back and smashed my PB by 21 minutes and 2 seconds.
, 3rd=4 miles ,6th= 12.5 miles, 10th= 5 Miles, 13th=6miles, 14th= 4 miles 15th=4 miles 19th= 1 miles
21st =13.1 miles.
Total = 49.6- I think this is impressive.
Bringing my total to 82.6 miles since Sept 24.

Naledi, I've been clicking on the "Your updates" tab to see what I posted last and then been adding my mileage to that. Not the greatest method, but there's no real mileage goal with this challenge...
