Although there's no way to target just one area of your body a great way to lose fat when you're at home is by doing different jumping exercises. Whether that be skipping, jumping jacks, burpees, box jumps (over aerobic step or similar) or jump squats you can put together a really good routine - if you aim to burn 500 calories per session you'll be on track to lose around a pound per week. When I'm doing strength training at home I like to add skipping in between sets to keep my heart rate up and boost my ability to burn calories. Hope this helps!
