I'm so terrible at having breakfast! I work in a busy hospital and start at 8am at the latest so the more time I can spend in bed the better! Then on days off, i'll lie in (and it will be close to lunch time)...Help me be a better breakfaster!!

I always have walnuts and such + a fruit/2 fruits a day, do they count? For the veggies, it depends on the day... In winter i rather go for cooked one!

Yes, they count! It depends on what veggies you like, carrots, fennel, celery, lettuce, radicchio don't need to be cooked.
