Neil B Hi ...need some feed back by some hard core fitness folk...am 56 now and did a 29 min 23 sec 500 calories burn on the treadmill ...interval training at speeds from 12 to 16 running 200/150/120m walking 100m ......should I be satisfied with this ?..........trying to get my body fat % down with out loosing muscle mass....
