Goals - 1km sub 4 minute- 1 mile sub 7.00 min- 5km - 23min - 10km sub 50 min - 1/2 marathon sub 1.50, marathon sub 4 hour, complete an ultra, complete a mud obstacle race!
Spent a the last few years looking after my husband after cancer and a transplant, starting exercising to cope with the stress and have "me time". Now my husband is very much on the road to recovery and I am aiming to achieve more and more with my running and strength training.
