I love to run, play football and ultimate frisbee or just doing something active. I've lost about 70 pounds over the last year and a half through a lot of hard work and healthy eating habits.

Nicole H answered the question I am running around a 37 minute 5K (a little less, and with some walking mixed in). Any advice beyond "run more regularly" (which has been my problem this summer) to improve that? I'm running my next 5K on 8/31 and I'd like to lower my time! Thanks!
work in interval training - do shorts bursts of speed followed by a jog i.e, 15 second sprint, 45 second jog.

Sorry for the delay in my response. Intervals are simply sprinting for a short period followed by walking/slow jog. If you are just starting out, try sprinting for 15 seconds and then walking for 1 minute 45 seconds for a total of 60 minutes. Each...
