Loving TS so much with so many great challenges 2 be taken.. which just makes me want to do more and more and also having so many great people cheer me on....Yes i do feel 'unstoppable' the only way is up 4me watch me fly!!! '2013' making this my fittest year 50 next year :-) and also getting my t-shirt 4 user of the week things can only get better....

Albert M I just noticed in your updates that you're from Ipswich. I get newsletters and online training videos from Master Wong's Combat Tai Chi in Ipswich. He just did a free training at one of your local parks, I think last Saturday. I had posted the event in the Tai Chi Tribe. Very Cool :)
