I instruct Zumba and Spinning and LOVE my work. I am now inspired to challenge myself in new areas,like running. I enjoy resistance training and want to run a 10k, once I can do a comfy 5k! Sweat is fat crying!

Paige H Just made a delicious protein smoothie and wanted to share with you guys. 1 x scoop chocolate protein powder, one scoop reduced fat peanut butter, 1/2 cup fat free natural yoghurt, crushed ice, 1/2 cup skim milk. Blend in a blender until smooth..YUM!!!
