I'm a keen runner and hiker, and try to use these to take on some daft things for charity each year! In 2013 I have completed 4 x 10km races, 2 half marathons, Tough Mudder, The Wall Ultra Marathon & the Marathon du Medoc. However, most of these were done either whilst ill or injured! Not a year for PB's! So, my plan is to work at getting stronger ready for 2014! Currently signed up for the Grim Reaper Team Ultra Marathon and the Electric Run London but there's bound to be more soon!!
