so people who live in the Arctic circle who don't see sunlight for months in the winter start putting on weight? No wonder a high
proportion of folks up there get depressed!
Phil T Guess it doesn't really count as sport but chopped down two 30 foot trees with an axe, chopped into 20cm logs for log burner and then dug up the stumps. All for good friends who have just moved into their first house. Good workout, good karma.
