Phil T Welcome to Tribesports Tony. Good luck with the training for the Tri. I see from your completed challenges you're getting the nutrition side of things under control! Good man, hope you smash it mate. Get yourself involved in Tribes, I can recommend one of mine - The Outdoor Fitness tribe. Things are a bit quiet round here at the moment but new blood certainly helps kick everyone up the arse and gets the community spirit going again. It's like anything, more in more out. Great to have you onboard.
