It's awesome, check it out on you tube, type in ankorr hq, it will come up with zuu which is another one i have started doing, my sister is a qualified trainer for zuu and ankorr, we do it at hq in Queensland australia where it was started .. It can be used for all sort's of sports training, including league, boxing, rugby, rehab if you have injuries.. Check it out :)

Lol Loretta its not a lead its a elasticated band helps to give you tension and resistance in training you really have to give it a go before you cam dismiss it..This is all your own body weight and the amount of resistance you put on.. all over body work out working muscles you thought you were already working but actually arent... you lean out while toning up all in one you will physically be getting stronger without the need for weights
