I get out everyday for my morning walk/run as soon as the kids have gone to school. I now join challenges on here and combine them for a workout and have been doing a bit more cycling lately.

Polly R Have been sick for afew weeks now and am still trying to shake it. I've been for a couple of walks, even found a baby seal hidden in the sand dune's, our dog must of thought he found heimself a new friend ahahha need to get my breathing right, go away silly flu and stay away thanks.....
