Kate O Hello! Would anyone like to buy my Ealing Half Marathon place off me? Just been struck with illness so strict doctors orders :( Sunday 30th Sept, 9.15am start, females.... Cancelled races are gutting - cant run AND lose loads of ££, double kick in stomach! Thanks loads x
Kate O Have a month and a day to get half-marathon fit. Then a 16 mile hilly humid race for 2 weeks after. Already at a relatively ok standard but need to ramp it up, any tips??
