Priyanka A hey hw r u doing Sonu ....i m so damn tired ... had loads of work .. since our office counterparts at chennai left in mid due to earthquake ...so v were taking care of bit things frm gurgaon here ... will catch TS on weekend... and yes i no more regret abt noodles.....:-))...once a while is fine ;-)......

honey is also bad Priyanka! not so good for health (induce LDL fromation in the liver)...why do u want to reduce your weight...u r absolutely fine! ...just tell me ur weight and height ...i'll tell u ur BMI...den u don't have to lose 5 kg!!

hey sonu ....yez...its going on!!! ... but i regret having noodles yesterday evening ...in a food court which recently opened in my office premises...was juzt checkin out ...but i m regretting now ...:-(.... rest all is going good ... wats up ur end ...

Dear Priyanka! Taking noodles once in a month is not bad at all! And I assume you have not taken any dessert or soft drinks with the noodles! Noodle itself is not so bad (Largest noodle eating population in the world is china and still they are the leanest people on earth)…don’t regret any longer. Just take a pledge not to take it again for nest 15 days…indulgence once in a wile is good for our mental health as well (a sense of euphoria when we eat what we like)…with your so busy schedule if you doing well, it is really praise worthy! :)

i live in dwarka...and yes lot of gud gyms i can c around ..but i cant join it...i hav a strict and tiring schedule ..only get time on weekends .. m into MNC in HR and dey suck my blood and energy like anything..:-(

I cn understand Priyanka...so u r in HR of MNC....in fact HR suck the blood of emplyoees (just kidding :D)..and Dwarka is a good place ...do u have gym at ur office...thirty minutes of sneak peak...he he he...or a treadmill at ur home....smth like tht will help...weekend is also good time...u cn go to a park...or join aerobics or Gym or Dance classes...there are so many thing to do in our life...Good luck...and i am der to follow ur activities ...he he he ...i'll be hovering around ur profile!

yeah ..it's a little tricky! on the top of the Page you will find the dropdown menu...from where u can select theTABs...like if you want to add some achievement just mouse over 'home 'button you'll see achievement tabs..u can add achievement (mine are funny, like 4 km in 30 minute)...you can create a Tribe(it's like Orkut community, or Facebook group) or join a tribe... i've recommended some tribes to you can join if u like...and u can go to a person's wall and write on tht as u do Facebook...u cn encourage smbdy (it's "like button " of facebook)...ask somebody, if u still find sme difficulty!
