Rachael C 5 years on from my first 10 klick in 2008, I've cut my timing down by 10 mins to 56mins 10s. Woot! Thanks to more functional training!
I run about three times a week, and occasionally hit the gym for a refreshing twist. I think I run out of discipline, but still enjoy sweating it out! Am always up for a physical challenge :D
