This was me about 28 years ago. I used to be 150lbs & was very competitive runner. One day I woke up & did not run. After a 28 year absence from running I started up 2 months ago. Dropped 22lbs in 40 days & am running 3-4 times a week. I ran my first 10K in 28 years & finished 6th in my age group. It was a very hilly 7 miles & not 10K but still ran it in 1:06 so felt pretty. One of my goals this year is run 365 days & to run a Marathon.
