My shoulder is well mashed up, been to physio today, just trying to avoid any nasty injections and stuff. Its frustrating to say the least, but Im trying to be good and not work it too hard.

Maca, still trying to work the body, but fighting a shoulder injury at the moment which just won't go away :(

Thanks Robert, My son has promised to take me to all the famous destinations.. I have already been to Singapore , Dubai, UK, Bangkok, many times Re'union Islands ( near Mauritius ) and Hongkong once..I love England and keep going there. I have traveled extensively all over India..I just love it and hope I can see the world...Look forward to meet you in England.. S..mile..S

Hey Robert, yeah that was last October, 8 of us from Tribesports office went unsupported - awesome experience but definitely recommend not going the weekend the clocks go back!!
