hi i cannot mention myself as sports person as only a year back i even hate moving myself and was just a bunch of lazy 110 Kg fatso but this new fitness spirit fill me with energy excitement and enthusiasm and now i m trying bunch of sports from badminton,running, swimming, cycling ,river rafting and even mountaineering. I have discovered a new within me,never feel like this,never thought like this even i m new fitness freak but i m telling u friends its really great to feel fit and light now i can do anything to stay fit and young.
