I like to be active. I strength train, do plyometrics, calisthenics, swim-one of the best core workout activities ever, I also skateboard a little. -looking to kite surf soon (I think ima be addicted to this lol).

Sobscbootcamp S I am still sore from yesterdays workout on the beach.25 deep frog hops, 25 walking lunges(25 each leg-i consider that one rep) 40 yard upright wide runs- my legs were burning. 4 cycles with 30 seconds rest, I am not doing that again till next month lol
