I'm not a naturally sporty type. Love cycling along our local tracks & towpaths. Goto the gym and practise yoga 4 times a week. Start my yoga teacher training 2 year course in November 2011 .....yikes!!

Sarah B Day 19 of 60 completed. Home practise today (jivamukti). Got classes for the next 3 nights. Feeling generally better in myself. Upper arms & shoulders a little achey but nothing a massage cant cure.
Sarah B Day 12 today and feeling good!! The challenge is making me slightly obsessed about when to practise and how to practise:
b4 or after work,
class, dvd or freestyle,
Ashtanga, Anusara, Jivamukti or Yin yoga???

Sarah B I dont know how a friend managed to convince me to go to my 1st body pump class yesterday!! I was already a little achey from yoga. Arms and quads hurting the most but managed to do an hour of yoga this evening, mainly supine yin yoga!!
Does anyone have a remedy for sore muscles other than patience?!!
Sarah B OMGoodness! Day 4 of 60 yoga challenge. My shoulders, biceps & triceps belong to someone else....v sore. I think it will be supine yoga tomorrow!
