I really enjoy running, bicycling and Tae Kwon Do. Due to a back injury, whIch has affected my hIp, I have gained some very unwanted extra pounds and restricted to low impact exercises and cannot lift, push or pull more than 10 pounds. I am hoping to use some of the challenges here to get my back strengthened and get back in shape, after surgery. In 5 semesters I will be a registered nurse...I am soooooo happy to finally be in a position to go back to school!

Sara W Well, finally able to start losing weight again. The 15 pounds that I've lost so far has me 1% away from being in the healthy range for my age! So happy for the progress I've been able to make!
