I really enjoy running, bicycling and Tae Kwon Do. Due to a back injury, I have gained some very unwanted extra pounds and was told that I shouldn't participate in any high impact activities...running was out. Well, I got sick of not doing what I wanted to do! I'm losing those extra pounds, strengthening my support muscles and running 5K's! In 5 semesters I will be a registered nurse...I am soooooo happy to finally be in a position to go back to school!
