I had the same question and started a discussion. Syed gave this answer, "I'd say, as many rounds as you can (purpose here is to challenge youself - to reach the goal or that certain look and feeling you may be looking to have) keep pushing and challenging yourself ... All the best ..." Also, where do you post your entries for having done the challenge on a particular day?

3-5 Sets would be perfect. If you are a complete beginner 1-2 sets may be enough.
