Got into the whole idea of fitness when I was about 16. Been cycling, running, exercising (with enough loopholes) since then. Finding it difficult to do all that now so I am compartmenting it for each week now.

I am active as much as I can.. lets hope for the best. how are you? last I remember I commented on your pic of you doing handstand.. and then told you to try handstand push-ups.. if i am not mistaken.. hope you are already doing those.. ;-)

well you'll get to handstand push-ups in no time then.. cant wait to hear that from you.. press-ups should improve your strength.. but try Hindu push-ups.. it should help build core and upper body strength in one fluid movement.. I have been busy with family business and my own start-up.. taking more time than i would like, but i love it.. so cant complain. whats up with you?
What is your startup? Sounds fun! All busy busy here in Tribesports HQ. I will try the Hindu Pushups. I am loving my yoga and pilates too. Longing to do a retreat in India one day, can you recommend anywhere?
start-up is in the field of education, school education to be precise but slightly offshoot-ed from whats taught at school. its great fun and education to teach kids. and regarding India, its a pretty big country. so depending on what kinda retreat you are interested I can suggest accordingly. say if you want more of a sight-seeing tour or interested in just relaxing for a time or so.. so accordingly i can tell you whats what.. shoot an email before you plan.. i'll definitely help out.
