Hi All, I'm a 46 yr Mum of 2 boys aged 17 and 24, I was very fit a lot of years ago(10plus) but alas working shift and not looking after myself has resulted in a lot of weight gain and poor muscle tone. I do love to walk, do a very physical job. EMS............
I really need to get started in looking after myself again , so I have joined the local gym and bought a bike, have some weight's at home so I really have no excuse just need to motivate myself and get up off the couch..... I want to be strong and toned (not a skinny minnie) just want to feel and look good as I approach the big 50

Sharon M 1lb not very good , no excuses did not try hard enough, on leave from work next week I should be more structured and organised, shift work is a diet killer...........
