Running and yoga are my sanity anchors!
I've just finished my tenth half-marathon. One day, I'll do it in under 2 hours (came close with 2:02 in Kildare 2011 and Enniscorthy 2012).
Did my first full-marathon in Connemara, April 2013. Tough run but I got through it. Next time can only be easier, right?

Sinéad M Thanks for the follow, Jessica. I've done a little bit of winter training in Utah, but glad to be back home in the much more temperate Irish winter (yes, I know it's May, but it's also Ireland, so time of year tends to have only a nominal bearing on the weather...)

Sinéad M Thanks for the follow, Lys. I feel ya - so busy looking after everyone else that you end up putting yourself a poor second. I'm trying hard to regain my motivation too. It's hard to push through when you're so tired to begin with. I keep telling myself that I'll be less tired if I get out an exercise more - sometimes I even believe myself :)
