Sinéad M My training has dropped off badly over the past few months and I'm finding it really difficult to get back into the swing of it. Especially when I compare my current fitness levels with where I was at this time last year. Talk about demotivating!
Anyway, I reckon this will be a good way to help myself get back into training and rebuild my speed and stamina without putting myself under too much pressure to start with.
