Running kept me sane until a back injury meant that I can't run anymore :(
I'm making do with yoga and getting back into swimming, but being in the water doesn't match the high of running for me. Still, keep on keeping on, eh?

Sinéad M What an improvement a few weeks makes. I did 1.4km today in 45 mins, so probably still a bit slow to have been able to complete this if I'd kept going for another 200m, but so much closer than I was 3 weeks ago! Whoo-hoo for the encouragement to keep swimming from all of you TS peeps!
Sinéad M I like how close this challenge is... keep the spark of competition alive... that said, however, COME ON THE WIMMIN!!! Let's bring it :D
Sinéad M Well, lookee here! I've logged a swim every week (at least 3 of them!) since the beginning of September. Today is the first day of my twelfth week and I just hammered out 1.4km in 45 minutes. The challenge is officially completed and I am really pleased with myself for sticking with it so well. Thanks to everyone on TS for encouraging me back into the water :D
