Running kept me sane until a back injury meant that I can't run anymore :(
I'm making do with yoga and getting back into swimming, but being in the water doesn't match the high of running for me. Still, keep on keeping on, eh?

Sinéad M i actually hit the 1-mile mark in 44 minutes today... astounding!!! but i'm still stopping for rests - short but regular enough. need to keep pushing on and no stops before i can hit 'complete' on this one
