Running kept me sane until a back injury meant that I can't run anymore :(
I'm making do with yoga and getting back into swimming, but being in the water doesn't match the high of running for me. Still, keep on keeping on, eh?

Sinéad M I'm 8 weeks into this challenge and enjoying it much more than I thought I would. I'm really starting to enjoy this swimming lark!!
Sinéad M It took me pretty much bang-on an hour to swim a mile... this will be my target to improve and build towards some of the tougher swimming challenges :)
