Running and yoga are my sanity anchors!
I've just finished my tenth half-marathon. One day, I'll do it in under 2 hours (came close with 2:02 in Kildare 2011 and Enniscorthy 2012).
Did my first full-marathon in Connemara, April 2013. Tough run but I got through it. Next time can only be easier, right?
