Running kept me sane until a back injury meant that I can't run anymore :(
I'm making do with yoga and getting back into swimming, but being in the water doesn't match the high of running for me. Still, keep on keeping on, eh?

Sinéad M is taking the Swim the River Shannon - 360.5km - Virtually - Individual challenge Challenge
Sinéad M I swim at lunchtime, and don't get the chance to swim at any other times, so I'll modify this challenge for myself slightly and go for a walk before I go home from work each day to clear my head and leave work behind me... one down one to go for week one!
Sinéad M 5lbs down so far this year... 9 to go to complete this challenge... a lot more than that to be back to healthy... but one step at a time. Keep up the hard work everyone! You're all marvelous :D
Sinéad M Today's mile brought me up to 26.22km so far for January 2015. I'm going to retake this challenge each month this year and try to top 300km in 2015!!
Sinéad M Week 3 (19-25/01/2014): 8.80km. Total: 23.42km. Hmmm, not likely to hit the target distance this week, but I think I might start keeping a rolling tally over 4 weeks and see if that works...
