Heather M Wow, I've missed Tribesports!!! I've been in school for the last three years and just didn't exercise. I graduate Saturday so now it's time to get back into shape!!!
I like jogging and working out with free weights, machines, and selt-resistence. I never run a race with the intention of racing anyone. My motivation is "Slow and steady finishes the race".

I didn't have equipment either and I used an old tall pot for a stepper. It worked pretty good! I also used canned food for weights. There are some heavy items at work I could use also.

You might try some yoga on your mat. There are isometric yoga and non-yoga things you can do. Lay on your stomach on the mat and raise your legs up and touch your heels together. Go in and out like that for however long you like. It's a really goo...
