Hey Sorcha, great to hear from you! Running and cycling are going well, I have a triathlon in 12 days, hopefully the water won't be too cold! How have you been getting on? So with runners I'd say go and have you gait analysed so you get the right pair of trainers. Sounds likeyou might need to make sure your socks fit too as they can often be what causes the blisters I know a few people who get bad blisters and they've found Vaseline really helps to avoid them. Hope that helps :0)

Sorcha R Getting slowly back into the exercise after a mostly sedentary exam stress fuelled time. Although I did do long relaxing walks, if that counts.

Sorcha R Even though I only ran once this week I've been doing fast walking for 3 -4 miles each after I study. I'm being lazy but it's better than nothing and I enjoy it.
