Tore a calf muscle in 2012 and haven't been able to run consistently since (tore it again a year later, and tore my hamstring in 2014 - must be doing it wrong!). I have now managed a whole week of running (10km total), so... This is my latest attempt to get back into it. I'm aiming for the Queenstown half marathon in November 2015.
