Had to stop doing 5-a-side & squash with my buddies due to Gout (yes, had it from 27yrs old), now more into strength training (Kettle bells . . . awesome!!)
Also getting into some basic Yoga and finding it fun too..!!

Paul H Hi Deepti, good luck with the challenges. Try Kettlebell classes as one of your new sports, fantastic all over cardio workout, but using smaller Kettlebell weights to give some resistance

Paul H Can't believe this, just completed this challenge and I forgot to "take the challenge" when I got the Team TS email . . . DOH!! 05:30 get-ups for a month (well it was one of the best July's in British weather history!!). Honestly Folks, I did do this challenge..! Still REALLY enjoyed it though and will be carrying on as a pre-work start-up :)
Paul H Just done the "Run 1 mile a day for 30 days" challenge, and loved it, so this will be a good next step
