Stephen M Crap. I forgot all about this. Although I do 30 press ups EVERY Day. Can I log them in one go and hit complete?
Up until last year I competed internatonally at EATING weighing in at 25st now I run, lift, jump, meditate, punch and kick. My aim is to get Fitter, Faster & Stronger than I have ever been and to test my limits while enjoying life to the full and following my approach of "Try Everything"
