Killed legs today - regular workout, squats, stiff legged deadlifts but did 250 body weight lunges for the first time ever. broke it up into sets of 5 X 30 and 5 X 20
I've been active most of my life but have really been training hard over the last 4 to 5 years. Strength training is a huge part of my routine. I need to do more cardio!
