Former couch potato who has lost 3 stone in weight and loves running. Over came cancer and contining you improve myself every time I lace up my running shoes. Completed Tough Mudder this year, 13 miles and 60 obstacles, love running and the freedom it gives me. Asthmatic and still can run quite well when my lungs allow it!! :) Goals Im working on at the moment ;
Sub 26 mins for 5k
Sub 50 mins for 10k
Sub 2hrs for half marathon
Complete a marathon in 2014
Love Crossfit too and the core strength it has given me.

Meldrum M Thanks for the follow Sue. Glad to see you are pushing yourself back to fitness. Love doing Tough Mudders, do them every year in Scotland (including twice this year) and have done the Worlds Toughest also. Hopefully going to do it again but will need to see how it goes. Sue D Arrgghhhh!! Achillies still aching, doing lots of stretching and have a race on sunday, the first time my running club has had enough female members to put a team together. I might have to go out for a wee canter tonight to see how its holding up, not ran since tuesday and am getting cranky!!
