Have had a bad back for about a month now and am finally getting back to doing some work. Started walking yesterday (27/11/13) and have had a few gentle yoga sessions in the last couple of weeks. I am seeing an improvement but it still feels like someone has kicked me :-( Aiming to get running soon so have taken some challenges to get the motivation.
