Scott S A priest and a rabbi go to a boxing match. Just before the fight begins, one of the fighters kneels down in his corner, bows his head and crosses his heart.

Hiya Scott, had one taster session and then booked a course of 6, had my first session but then he has been away, next session on Friday but did a bootcamp yesterday so hoping Friday won't come as too much of a shock, was nearly sick during my last session
Nita K Hi Scott, Thanks for the return follow. I always stay happy and never take stress. Life has been a challenge all my life. Lots of downs in life but I got my strength from God to face and overcome my pains with a smile. One question ? Can I train in a gym without the help of a Personal Trainer. I just joined the gym last wek. Actually I am preparing for a half marathon on the 26th August and since it is the rainy season here, running on the road has become difficult. I am working out on the treadmill followed with the stretches. Is that enough for now? Wow ! You must be really very fit and conscious about staying fit too. God Bless. Stay fiit and Happy... Cheers
