I lost 75 pounds on weight watchers over a year ago. when i started exercising it was just 3 times a week for 20 minutes. Now i am an exercise junkie and will try just about anything. RUNNING is next.....

Suzie S I am struggling with my breathing while running. It makes me not be able to run for a long time consistently. Sometimes I can do better than others but I haven't figured out what I'm doing right or wrong. any advice? TIA.
