I enjoy running, going to the gym and doing the occasional Spin class. I would love to do a half marathon, but injuries keep holding me back, I am hoping Bikram Yoga will help - I Love it - it's addictive!

My resting HR is currently 48 while sitting here at the computer and internet surfing, I am 44 years old. If I lay down and totally rest for 15 minutes or so it can be a good deal lower (42 ish). A male friend made the comment that this was too...

I am not at all familiar with Nike - sorry! Is that the GPS App for iphone? You will have to excuse my ignorance - I don't even own an iphone. I just went for Garmin as I heard it was the best when it comes to GPS sports watches.
