i love my boxfit , kickboxing and circuits -which i usually do around 5 classes a week, also like to run x love to swim x walk if i need to chill a bit!.. but generally i do prefer to get hot x sweaty x feel like i've worked my butt off! i have always struggled with my weight, but find if i keep my activity/fitness levels up x red wine levels down i'm generally ok! love ts for the inspiration x encouragement, and i have met some lovely, inspiring people on here... hoping that soon i will have less butt to work off! x

Contributorgold Teresa D partner took my car tonight to take the kids to football ...my energy was flagging a bit so i wasn't up for running , then doing boxfit x circuits, so i walked there- circuit class was actually cancelled as there was only me there! so i walked the long way home. i will sleep tonight! ;o)

Contributorgold Teresa D never actually worked it out before, but weigh 75.5kg (unfortunately) , and tonight i managed 10 reps of 68kg, which if we worked it out correctly is about 90% of my weight... going for the 100 next! prob be easier to lose the kgs!

I like your thinking! I dropped 2kg and my bench went from 75% t0 80% of my body weight!
