i love my boxfit , kickboxing and circuits -which i usually do around 5 classes a week, also like to run x love to swim x walk if i need to chill a bit!.. but generally i do prefer to get hot x sweaty x feel like i've worked my butt off! i have always struggled with my weight, but find if i keep my activity/fitness levels up x red wine levels down i'm generally ok! love ts for the inspiration x encouragement, and i have met some lovely, inspiring people on here... hoping that soon i will have less butt to work off! x
