Terry W Awesome morning at the Get in Gear 5k/10k/half races... new PB in 10k... great start to the race season!
I started running again in spring of '11 with a couch to 5k challenge... wrapped up the year with a 10 mile. 2012 saw my first sprint tri and a half marathon. I'm back with it in 2013, with a half in May and the TC Marathon coming in Oct. Bring it On!

Terry W Signed up for the Medtronic TC One Mile in Minneapolis May 9th.. been hitting/holding a 7:30 pace on the last mile of my 5k, so thinking I've got this one! We will see!

Terry W hit 7:53 split in my 5k this morning.. so I'm in the 7's! There aren't any organized mile races near me anytime soon, so may have to do this one as an out and back myself... About ready to give this one an official go.
Carla L Thanks Terry for the motivational mantra, "my body is a machine it has no defects." I used this today during my swimming workout. I've recently started running and I'm sure I will be using this mantra during my runs too! Good luck to you and your training.
Aidan G Well done with the running Terry,i started winter 2010 with couch to 5k as well....finished my first half in may 2011 but that 26.2 miles still seems out of reach at the moment. Best of luck in the future......we`ll get there!!
