Kaye D 101.06 km done so far, better get a wriggle on! Need to do 29.78km (18.50 miles) per month or 7.09km (4.40 miles) each week between now and the year. Or thereabouts!
I love to run and cycle, Crossfit is taking my fitness to new levels, my aim for 2014 is to achieve a 100kg Deadlift. Running Robin Hood Marathon this year and hoping to beat my previous 4.29.29.
