Samantha M I dont use FB, so in response to 'When the voices are all screaming for you to stop, what keeps you running?'
I keep going because with all the pain I live with it would be easy to give in and sit on the sofa in a pain killer induced haze. I decided I wasnt going to give in, I will get fit, I will live my life the way I want to and will not give in.

Samantha M Completed more running and knock a whole minute of the last runs time. (18:49s to cover 1.6 miles, its nothing amazing but its all progress), breathing is easier now but now the right knee is complaining so still having to walk too much. I will improve I WILL get fit.
keep at it Samantha, make sure you're stretching out and warming up so it may help your knee pain, #KeepRunning!

Samantha M up at 0550 (OMFG o'clock) and went for a run. Found i enjoyed burning up a short hill section I jogged back down and ran up again :). Happy that the pace is improving ans im not dead yet. Front of my thighs are a bit achey but all in all i feeeeeeeel good. Pacing and not going to mad at it and I think i can do this.

Samantha M So went for the first run for 8 years. Mild twinges but I took it slowly and listened to my body. just felt like I couldnt get enough air into my lung and 3 hours later i am still feeling a bit wheezy.

Yes good for you Louise, sounds like you have a good focus keep a Mentor or Photo you can see when your training believe me it helps when you think you want to slack and take it easy .. grit those teeth and go for it!!! Keep me updated:)

Not sure how much body fat I can lose, I'm very lean, but I want to gain a lot of definition and better abs so I'm with you.

How are you doing? Day 2 for me now just had my fat% measured in Spain at the Chemist hope it's acurate ..... so long as you measure on the same scales each time you are fine. One tip put 8 elastic bands around your drink bottle everytime you empty it remove one ...... aim to have no bands left at the end of the day. Hope this helps?
